What can potential customers expect when they start a conversation with eMerge about their NetSuite implementation needs? The entire process usually takes around two to three weeks.
High-level conversation with eMerge business development team to discuss the scope of the project and timeline fit.
Meeting with eMerge Lead NetSuite Architect to discuss the development project in detail. The meeting will result in an estimate and an established timeline.
Sometimes these are required if there wasn't enough time in the initial meetings to get all of the important details scoped out.
Estimate is sent from our team and a negotiation/adjustment process can begin. The estimate is usually in a fixed bid but we do over time and materials on request.
After the estimate is approved, a final proposal will include prices, terms, and the expected timeline for the implementation. Both parties can sign this document to finalize the project moving forward.
